Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for Staff of Batheaston Medical Centre

Freedom to Speak Up

We encourage all staff to speak up if they have concerns about patient safety, the quality of care provided, or any aspect of their working environment. Raising concerns helps us improve services and maintain the highest standards of care.

If staff feel unable to raise concerns locally, they can contact the BEMS Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for confidential and impartial support and advice.

Email: bswicb.bems.ftsug@nhs.net

The Freedom to Speak Up Guardian is available to listen to concerns, provide guidance, and support staff in ensuring their voice is heard.
