Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a great way to have your say and represent patients within Batheaston Medical Centre.

The PPG are a group of patients who meet up every four months. They get together to discuss and provide feedback on services they receive from us. The group of patients also help us to spread the word about the changes coming to the surgery and make sure patients are involved in important decisions.

Your local surgery needs you!

We are always looking for enthusiastic and willing patients to give us feedback.

If you would like to join the PPG or the next meeting, please complete the form below and a member of the PPG will get back to you as soon as possible.

Patient Reference Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have a patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.

Many thanks for your assistance
